I coordinated volunteers for the 20th iteration of Ingenuity Cleveland's annual arts & technology festival occurring each September. I spent June through October recruiting volunteers, deploying them at the festival, and making needed reports following the event. 30+ volunteers helped make the festival an even better experience for thousands of attendees over three days.
Special thanks to former Artistic Director Emily Applebaum & Program Director Russa Wenzel for their guidance during this work!

My first-ever experience working at a high-profile music festival allowed me to collaborate with All In Events in providing an accessible, equitable and comfortable experience for attendees of one of Danny Wimmer Presents's iconic events. I oversaw the VIP Info Booth, working with other staff & community volunteers to provide supplies, answer questions, and help with wayfinding/schedules.
In this role, I provided both remote and on-site support for the various functions of the organization (including managing our staffing platform), under the guidance of Founder & CEO, Austin "Jax" Amadio. My work took place at/around various venues across Cleveland, including TempleLive at Cleveland Masonic and Fresh Fest.
Since 2022, I have worked a variety of concerts and live shows across Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, and Tennessee in both a paid/contracted and volunteer capacity. Namely, I work with VIP programs, merchandise sales, ticketing, and guest services.
Shows include:
New Kids on the Block - On the List Presents (2022)
Jessie Murph - 237 Global (2024 & 2025)
Lake Street Dive - REVERB (2024)
Dave Matthews Band - HeadCount (2025)
Alabama Shakes - SUPER (2025)
Brite Winter Festival (2026)
